Welcome!

Hello everyone! I would like to welcome all of you to my blog. I have created this blog as a part of a class assignment and I hope it will prove to be a valuable learning experience. As a part of our assignments for this week, we were supposed to complete a relaxation exercise. I really enjoyed it, and I would recommend completing an exercise such as that to anyone. I meditate on a regular basis, and I believe it has a very positive effect on my life. Meditating is a way to escape all of the stress in your life, and just to be at peace with the world.
